St. Anthony's Catholic School: Preschool Program

PreKindergarten (4-year old)

While similar in structure and schedule to our PreS class, PreK continues to build on social, intellectual, and moral foundations to prepare each student for the all-important Kindergarten.

Requirements for new student enrollment:

  • Student must be four years old by August 1st of the school year attending

  • Child must be fully potty trained by start of school

  • A copy of the child's birth certificate

  • Up to date copy of immunization records

  • A copy of Baptismal Certificate (If Catholic)

  • Completed & signed Physician's Report

Curriculum—Continuing with Loyola Press, we use God Made the World as our primary religion program. With an increased focus on prayer, God Made the World encourages four-year-olds to go beyond learning about Catholic faith, tradition, culture, and identity and actively engage with it.

Our PreK on Our Way by Scholastic is a purposeful and fun PreK curriculum. Its engaging approach helps each child to develop the skills they'll need to flourish as future readers, writers, and explorers of the world.

The PreK class works to expand students' learning environment in preparation for Kindergarten. We encourage students' self-discovery with guided hands-on experiences. For more details, please see our curriculum guide.
