WELCOME TO THE BEST WEEK OF THE YEAR!
St.Anthony's SAINTS QUEST 2025
VBS is a weeklong experience for kids like no other! In five fun-packed days, students who are entering Kindergarten through 4th grades in 2025, will encounter a powerful experience of love and grace through fantastic storytelling and games, creatively inspired crafts, high-energy songs, all while growing closer to God and making lifelong friendships.
THIS YEAR'S THEME:
Actions speak louder than words, right? Through our SAINTS QUEST, your kids will not only hear about Jesus’ love but also learn about how the saints expressed their love for Jesus and how we can follow in their footsteps. By the end of VBS, they’ll walk away with tangible ways to love like Jesus and live like the saints, by praying, loving, serving, forgiving and showing simple acts of kindness to become the saints they were called to be.

Yes, there will be snacks. A list of snacks will be emailed prior to the start of VBS. If your child has allergies, please provide an alternative snack for him/her.
Can I stay with my child during VBS?
For the safety of the children in VBS, every adult onsite at the start of VBS at 9:30 am through 12:30 pm each day needs to be background checked. We invite you to volunteer with us to experience VBS with your child. Register here to volunteer!
Can friends/siblings in different grades be in the same group?
No. We group kids by the grade they are entering in the Fall of 2025. This helps kids make new friends with their peers and ensures an age-appropriate, safe learning environment.
What support is available at VBS if my child has special needs?
If your child needs extra care, please let us know so we can follow up with you. If your child needs to bring their own care provider, please have that provider register as a volunteer and complete a background check.

No. Once you have completed your fingerprints with the school, you do not need to do it again. Please make sure your Virtus Safe Environment is up to date. You can contact kelly.holdren@sasmanteca.org to confirm.

If you are under 18 and are in grades 5 through high school, you may volunteer for VBS. You do not need to be fingerprinted however, you would need to complete the online training and turn in your certificate of completion to kelly.holdren@sasmanteca.org
